I plan to use this blog to capture three things:

  1. My training plan over the course of the year – publishing it makes me accountable and will help to track over time whether it is getting me closer to my goal.
  2. My reflections on the ups and downs over an intense training plan – it’s a channel to unburden my mind when it’s cluttered with thoughts.
  3. Tips I learn along the way for anyone else embarking on a similar challenge. Or, perish the thought, if I do another one!
