Purpose of the blog
I plan to use this blog to capture three things:
- My training plan over the course of the year – publishing it makes me accountable and will help to track over time whether it is getting me closer to my goal.
- My reflections on the ups and downs over an intense training plan – it’s a channel to unburden my mind when it’s cluttered with thoughts.
- Tips I learn along the way for anyone else embarking on a similar challenge. Or, perish the thought, if I do another one!
